Another Basketball Season....

Another basketball season is coming to a close. This was season #6 for Glen. He was on the Denver Nuggets this year and his number happened to be 6. His nickname became 6 peice! His best buddy Josh played for the celtics this year and his nickname was Semi. (He liked to run over the opponents!) :) They got to play each other in the closing game of the season. The celtics won by 3 points . It was an awesome game. Both teams entered the tournament and won very close games in the first round. We celebrated with dinner at Arby's. Two days later they played in the semi-finals and both teams lost a close race. It was disappointing, but both boys knew they had played their best. The Nuggets had played with all of their hearts, and at the end of the game, the coach couldn't help but give them all a group hug! It was awesome! We celebrated that night at Taco Bell. It was fun to watch Glen play this year. He is a hard worker with alot of determination. You could just see it on his face sometimes. He plays with so much heart that you can't help but cheer for him. He shows great sportsmanship and is a good example. He is really looking forward to playing for the Wildcats next year!
